Dr. Liu Sheng has received bachelor's degree from Tsinghua University, master's degree from Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences and doctor's degree from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. He worked in Agere System (formerly Lucent), Pine Photonics Communications, Opnext and other optoelectronic enterprises, engaged in product R & D and management for a long time.

In 2008, he returned to China and founded InnoLight Technology (Suzhou) Ltd., where he has been the general manager since then. At present, he is the Chairman and President of ZhongJi InnoLight Co., Ltd.

Wang Xiaodong

Executive Vice President

Wang Xiaodong was a member of the Science and Technology Bureau of Longkou City, a member of the General Office of the People's Government of Longkou City, a director of the Economic and Trade Bureau of Longkou High-tech Zone, a deputy director of the Economic and Trade Bureau of Longkou High-tech Zone and a deputy director of the Administration Committee of Longkou Coastal Tourist Resort. He served an assistant to the chairman of Shandong ZhongJi Electrician Equipment Co., Ltd. from March 2015 to January 2016, and vice general manager and financial director of Zhongji Innolight Co., Ltd. since January 2016. Since August 2017, he has been a director of the company, as well as a director of Shanghai SCENEL Eco-Technologies Co., Ltd. and director of Shandong Zhongji Investment Holding Co., Ltd. At present, he is the executive vice president of Zhongji Innolight Co., Ltd.

Wang Jun is Doctor of Industrial Economics of Southwest University of Finance and Economics and Master of Business Administration of Xi'an Jiao Tong University. From 2004, he worked as secretary of the board of directors of several listed companies, including Chengdu People's Mall (Group) Co., Ltd., Sichuan Western Resources Holding Co., Ltd and Hengtong Optic-Electric Co., Ltd. In January 2018, Wang Jun joined Zhongji Innolight Co., Ltd. At present, he is Vice President and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Zhongji Innolight Co., Ltd. Wang Jun was awarded Outstanding Secretary of the Board of Directors of Listed Companies by Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2010, the Top 100 Secretaries of the Board of Directors of China's Listed Companies in the Main Board in 2014.Then he won the Excellent Secretary of the Second-board of the 13th Chinese Listed Companies by Value Award in 2019, won the Best Secretary of the Second-board of the 11th China Listed Company Investor Relations Tianma Award in 2020, and won the 11th and 16th New Fortune Gold Secretary of the Board in 2015 and 2020.

Wang Xiaoli graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a master’s degree of science. She is studying FMBA program in China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). She worked at Price Waterhouse Coopers Zhongtian LLP. for nine years, and then served in a private equity fund. She joined InnoLight and served in the Finance Department since November 2014. As a member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants, she currently serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Zhongji Innolight Co., Ltd.
